In Consideration of participating in our DRFC training Centre programme, I, the minor’s parent and/or legal guardian, understand the nature of this activity. My child is qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activity.
We may require additional information depending on the medical information provided to us by you before we can accept your booking.
I fully understand that this activity involves risks of bodily injury, which may be caused by the child’s own actions, or inactions, those of others participating in the event, the condition in which the event takes place. I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, cost, and damages I incur as a result of my child’s participation in the activity.
Doncaster Training Centre Ltd does not accept any responsibility for personal injury, loss or damages except to the extent that it results from our negligence.

Our Money Back Promise
Our team has every confidence that all who join our Training Centre will like it and want to return, and therefore we are happy to offer a full refund on the first month’s fees.
Important note: This offer is only valid if you let the office know on trainingcentre@clubdoncaster.co.uk of your wish to cancel no later than 7 days from your start date.

About DRFC Training Centre Fees
IMPORTANT: At The Training Centre we don’t believe in CONTRACTS!
It is important to note, however, that unless you cancel your subscription at the time you wish to leave the academy or inform our central office of your intention and instruction to cancel, your fees are payable while your payment subscription is running as you have a place reserved at your chosen academy.
Fees are charged on or around the same date every month by a subscription (12 payments per year – this is to guarantee your child’s place until you cancel). Please note, fees are payable every month, this is irrespective of whether there is a bank holiday during that month. IMPORTANT – Fees are not charged per session.
Note: Fees are still payable whether a member is absent due to holiday or illness. The monthly subscription is to guarantee a place at the academy.
Should you cancel your monthly subscription before a period of absence, the place will be offered to our waiting list.
We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to any weather conditions that may prove to be a health & safety risk for players and coaches. We will inform you of any cancellations in advance of the session.
Failed payments
Once the Training Centre receives a “failed payment” notification from our Payment Provider STRIPE – our central office will adopt the following procedure:
- If your payment fails – our payment provider STRIPE will automatically retry the payment. Please ensure sufficient funds are available in the account. This process is repeated several times and then you will receive an email from the central office suspending the members place at the academy until fees have been paid and any outstanding monies collected.
- Should we not hear back from you, your place will be terminated.
During the period of non-payment, you may also be contacted by the coach, or spoken to at any session with regard to your payment.

Refunds
To avoid having to refund fees and inconvenience customers due to cancellations, we would like to ask customers to observe their monthly payment date and remember that fees are paid monthly in advance.
Please note:
- Refunds are not available when members cannot attend due to holidays or illness.
Cancellations
To discontinue your Training Centre membership, reach out to our main office at 07340589474.
Our office team will assist you with the cancellation procedure and ensure its completion.
Please note that the termination of your subscription takes effect from the day you get in touch.
In case you decide to cancel midway through your payment cycle, we will inform you about the number of sessions you have remaining and will advise your coach of this.
